Henry Smith MP calls on Crawley to have a say on the Summer Budget

Following an announcement from the Chancellor of the Exchequer that there will be a Summer Budget on Wednesday, 8th July 2015, Henry Smith MP has encouraged people in Crawley to provide the Government with their views on what they would like to see announced.

Henry said;

“As under the previous Coalition, the Conservative majority Government is asking people for their views ahead of the Budget.

“I was interested to hear the views of many people across our town over the recent General Election campaign, and I am pleased that everyone now has the chance to put their concerns directly to HM Treasury.”

To allow for full consideration in advance of the Budget, any submission should be sent to HM Treasury by Friday, 5th June 2015.
